Approach

Psychoanalysis is not a set of tips. It is a space where your inner life is taken seriously — slowly, and at your own pace.

A symptom is rarely just a malfunction. More often it is a message: anxiety, fatigue or repeating patterns in relationships say something about our history. In conversation we gradually let that message be heard — and what felt like a dead end starts to point a direction.

My aim is to help you find inner support and more harmony in your relationships — with yourself, with those close to you, and with the world.

About

Hello. I’m Mila.

I am a practising psychoanalyst and a certified specialist of the Ukrainian Psychoanalytic Union (UPU). For 7 years I have been helping people find inner support and harmony in their relationships, with more than 3,500 hours of practice with clients of all ages — from children and teenagers to adults, couples and families.

I believe continuous learning is the basis of good work, so I regularly attend seminars, lectures and specialist courses, and take part in individual and group supervision.

FAQ

About therapy

If your question isn’t here, you can ask it at the first session.

Do you offer therapy in English?

No. Sessions are held in Ukrainian or Russian only — in person in Kyiv or online for clients anywhere in the world, including Ukrainians living abroad.

What is psychoanalysis and how does it work?

It is a conversation in which you talk about what matters to you, and I help you notice the links between your feelings, repeating patterns and your personal history. As these links become clear, you gain more freedom and inner support.

What happens in the first session?

We get to know each other: you tell me what brought you, and I ask questions and explain how I work. The first meeting is for seeing whether we are a good fit — you don’t need to decide anything in advance.

Do you work online?

Yes. I work online with clients anywhere in the world, and in person in Kyiv. For an online session you need a stable internet connection and a place where you won’t be interrupted.

How long does therapy take?

It depends on the person. For some a few months is enough; for others deeper work takes longer. We regularly discuss how therapy is going, and you can always say what you would like to change.

How do I book and pay?

Booking and payment are handled on the UPU Center platform: choose a time in my schedule and the platform will send you a confirmation.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes, under UPU Center’s rules. Current rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms are listed in my profile (opens in a new tab).

First session

You don’t need to know where to start. Let’s start with a conversation.

The first session is for seeing whether we are a good fit. Sessions are in Ukrainian or Russian. Choose a time in my schedule on UPU Center — you can also pick the format and pay there.
